Making Choices With Clarity and Conviction

It's so tempting, isn't it? To believe there is one right choice out there, and that getting it wrong will cost you everything.

A lack of confidence and imposter syndrome are close cousins and both tend to be loudest at exactly the moment a decision needs to be made.

The women I work with are rarely lacking in capability. What they are often lacking is the confidence to trust their own judgement, back their own calling, and choose the path that is true to who they are rather than the one that feels safest to explain to others.

For women leading in vocational, relational, or professional life, decisions can feel impossibly weighted. Should I take this role? Leave this one? Say yes to this calling...or is it fear of the other thing talking?

Sometimes what looks like a difficult decision is really imposter syndrome in disguise, the quiet voice that says you are not qualified, not ready, not enough to choose the bolder path. It can be almost impossible to tell the difference between genuine discernment and self-doubt dressed up as caution. That confusion is one of the quieter ways that gifted, purpose-driven women stay stuck.

A better question is this: what choice is most aligned with who I am and what I am called to?

In three focused sessions, we'll do the values-work that makes decision-making feel less like a gamble and more like an act of integrity. You'll leave not just with clarity about the decision in front of you, but with a framework for navigating future crossroads with the same confidence and the ability to recognise when imposter syndrome is at the wheel, so you can gently but firmly take it back.
