About Me

Fully Accredited Coach & Committed to My Craft

I hold a Senior Practitioner membership with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) — one of the world's foremost professional bodies for coaches and mentors. This is not an entry-level accreditation: Senior Practitioner status reflects a rigorous standard of training, supervised practice, and ongoing professional development.

My coaching qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Co-Creative Transformational Coaching (a 9-month intensive programme) and I completed my EMCC accreditation through Waverley Abbey Trust in 2023. I have also recently undertaken Counselling Level 2 qualification (2026), deepening my capacity to hold the emotional complexity that often sits at the heart of real leadership and life transitions.

A significant number of the women I work with arrive carrying imposter syndrome — often without naming it as such. It shows up as chronic indecision, reluctance to take up space, a nagging sense that their achievements are somehow unearned, or a fear that stepping into a bigger role will expose them as not quite enough. My training and experience equip me to help clients recognise it for what it is, challenge it at its roots, and grow into the leaders and women they were always called to be, with evidence, with compassion, and with the kind of rigour that produces lasting change rather than temporary confidence.

All of this informs a coaching practice that is not just warm and encouraging, but rigorous, transformational, and grounded in proven methodology.
